Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes Kielbasa (Recipe for Printing)

01 - 12 ounces beef kielbasa, sliced into 1/2-inch bite-size pieces
02 - 3 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced potatoes, drained
03 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
04 - 1/2 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
05 - 1 cup chicken broth
06 - 2 tablespoons melted salted butter
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Optional Thickener

11 - 1 teaspoon cornstarch, mixed with 2 teaspoons cold water (slurry, add for thicker consistency)

# How to Make It:

01 - Lightly coat the inside of the slow cooker with non-stick spray.
02 - Completely drain the diced potatoes using a strainer.
03 - Place drained potatoes in the slow cooker, drizzle melted butter, and sprinkle with black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir until evenly coated.
04 - Add sliced kielbasa, heavy whipping cream, cheddar cheese soup, chicken broth, and shredded cheddar cheese to the pot. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
05 - Cover and cook on high heat for 45 to 60 minutes, or until heated through and flavors are blended.
06 - For a thicker soup, stir in the cornstarch slurry one hour before completion and continue cooking.
