Creamy Spinach Chicken Thigh (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb chicken thighs
02 - 2 tbsp paprika powder
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
05 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
06 - ½ tsp salt
07 - ¼ tsp pepper
08 - 2 cups spinach, cut
09 - 2 tbsp butter
10 - 4 cloves garlic, chopped
11 - ¼ onion, sliced
12 - 1 cup chicken broth
13 - ¾ cup cooking cream
14 - 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
15 - Parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Mix chicken thighs with paprika powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 3 hours.
02 - Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken thighs until both sides are cooked and browned. Set aside.
03 - In the same pan, melt butter, then add chopped garlic and onion. Cook until translucent and fragrant.
04 - Pour chicken broth, cooking cream, and parmesan cheese into the pan. Stir until well combined and the sauce thickens.
05 - Add spinach and cook for a few minutes until wilted. Return the chicken thighs to the pan, adjust salt and pepper, and stir until well combined. Garnish with parsley before serving.
