Mix chicken thighs with paprika powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 3 hours.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken thighs until both sides are cooked and browned. Set aside.

In the same pan, melt butter, then add chopped garlic and onion. Cook until translucent and fragrant.

Pour chicken broth, cooking cream, and parmesan cheese into the pan. Stir until well combined and the sauce thickens.

Add spinach and cook for a few minutes until wilted. Return the chicken thighs to the pan, adjust salt and pepper, and stir until well combined. Garnish with parsley before serving.
