# What You Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 8 sun-dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
06 - 1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika
07 - 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
08 - 1/2 tablespoon red chili flakes
09 - 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
10 - 1 1/4 cups single cream
11 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
12 - 1/2 teaspoon flaky salt
13 - 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
14 - 7 ounces dry ramen noodles
15 - Chili oil, for drizzling

# How to Make It:

01 - Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and coat evenly in all-purpose flour.
02 - Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add floured chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, smoked paprika, dried oregano, and red chili flakes; cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
04 - Pour in chicken stock and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the pan. Add single cream, ground black pepper, flaky salt, and sugar. Stir gently.
05 - Return seared chicken breasts to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for 12-15 minutes, occasionally basting, until chicken is cooked through and flavors are blended.
06 - While chicken simmers, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions in a separate pot of boiling water. Drain well.
07 - Slice the chicken and arrange over the cooked ramen noodles. Ladle the creamy tomato sauce over and finish each bowl with a drizzle of chili oil.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F for food safety.
