07 - Vegetable oil, for frying

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese, lump crab meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce until the mixture is evenly combined.
02 - Arrange wonton wrappers on a flat surface. Spoon approximately one tablespoon of filling onto the center of each wrapper. Lightly brush the edges with water, then fold each wrapper diagonally to form a triangle. Press the edges firmly to seal.
03 - Pour vegetable oil into a deep skillet to a depth of about 1.5 inches and heat over medium-high until oil reaches 350°F.
04 - Fry the filled wontons in batches of three to four, cooking each side for 3 to 4 minutes or until they become golden brown and crisp. Use a slotted spoon to remove and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Ensure the edges are tightly sealed to prevent filling from escaping during frying.
