# What You Need:

01 - 6 slices white or whole wheat bread, toasted
02 - 4 tablespoons butter, softened
03 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
04 - 1/4 cup barbecue sauce

05 - 8 slices cooked bacon
06 - 1/2 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
07 - 1/2 pound smoked turkey breast, thinly sliced
08 - 4 slices cheddar cheese

# How to Make It:

01 - Toast the bread slices until golden brown and crisp. Spread softened butter on one side of each slice while still warm.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and barbecue sauce until fully integrated. Set aside for assembly.
03 - Arrange three slices of prepared toast on a clean work surface. On the first slice, spread one tablespoon of mayo-barbecue sauce.
04 - Place thinly sliced roast beef over the sauce, followed by tomato slices. Top with one slice of cheddar cheese. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
05 - Add a second slice of toast over the existing layers. Spread another tablespoon of the prepared sauce on top.
06 - Layer smoked turkey breast and cooked bacon atop the sauced toast. Add another slice of cheddar cheese if desired.
07 - Place a large leaf of lettuce over the meat and cheese, and season again to taste with salt and black pepper.
08 - Spread a thin layer of the mayo-barbecue sauce on the inner side of the third slice of toast and place it on top to complete the sandwich. Slice as preferred and serve immediately.
