Tender steak bites glazed in rich cowboy butter for bold flavor. Ideal for sharing as a hearty main or appetizer.

# What You Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
02 - 1 pound steak, cut into 1-inch pieces (top sirloin or ribeye recommended)
03 - 1 batch cowboy butter, divided

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot and shimmering, add the steak pieces in a single layer. Sear for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes without disturbing them, then flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes or until your desired doneness is reached.
02 - Lower the heat to medium. Add half of the cowboy butter to the skillet. Toss steak bites thoroughly to coat and cook for 1 minute, just until the butter is melted and the meat is evenly glazed.
03 - Melt the remaining cowboy butter in the microwave and provide on the side for dipping or drizzling over the steak bites.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the skillet and ensure a proper sear on the steak.
