# What You Need:

→ Banana Bread Base

01 - 2 to 3 ripe bananas, mashed
02 - 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
03 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
04 - Pinch of salt
05 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar
06 - 1 large egg, beaten
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

→ Cinnamon Swirl

09 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar
10 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
02 - In a small bowl, blend together 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon. Set aside.
03 - In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Stir in melted butter until fully incorporated.
04 - Add baking soda and a pinch of salt to the banana mixture. Mix in 3/4 cup sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Gradually fold in flour, mixing only until just combined.
05 - Pour half the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter. Add remaining batter, then top with the rest of the cinnamon sugar. Swirl with a knife or skewer for a marbled effect.
06 - Transfer the loaf pan to the oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center emerges clean.
07 - Allow bread to cool in the pan before slicing. Serve for breakfast, brunch, or as a snack.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Do not overmix the batter to ensure a tender crumb. For additional flavor, use very ripe bananas.
