Churro Chips Chocolate Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Churro Chips

01 - 2 pieces naan
02 - 4 tablespoons melted butter
03 - ¼ cup cinnamon
04 - 1 cup sugar

→ Dipping Sauce

05 - ½ cup half and half cream
06 - 2 tablespoons espresso
07 - 1 cup cocoa powder
08 - ⅓ cup sugar
09 - 8 seeds cardamom
10 - 4 cloves
11 - 1 tablespoon butter

# Instructions:

01 - Cut each piece of naan into 8 triangles, giving you 16 total.
02 - Brush each piece of naan with the melted butter.
03 - Mix the cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and dredge each piece of naan in it.
04 - Spread them evenly in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 16 minutes.
05 - While the churro chips are baking, combine the half-and-half cream, espresso, cocoa powder, sugar, cardamom, and cloves in a saucepan over low heat. Stir continuously until all the ingredients are incorporated and the sauce is heated. Add the butter and stir until it's melted.
06 - Serve your cinnamon sugar churro chips with the delicious chocolate sauce, and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Sprinkle more cinnamon sugar on top of the churro chips while they are still warm to enhance the flavor.
02 - Prepare the sauce over low heat and stir continuously to avoid burning the cream. Use a double boiler if needed for a gentler heat source.
