Use a tree-shaped cookie cutter to cut out mini trees from the pizza dough, gathering and re-rolling scraps to maximize portions.

Arrange the tree-shaped dough on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each with olive oil, then spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each, leaving a border around the edges.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce. Distribute mini pepperoni and optional diced green bell pepper for decoration.
