Chocolate Marie Cake Dessert (Print Version)

01 - 2 cups heavy cream
02 - 125 g mascarpone cream
03 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1/3 cup melted butter
05 - 125 g dark chocolate chips
06 - 22 marie biscuits
07 - Cocoa powder for dusting
08 - Pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Crush 14 marie biscuits and combine the crumbs with melted butter. Pour into the springform pan, press down gently with a spoon, and place it into the fridge.
02 - Place heavy cream and sugar in a bowl and whisk until soft peaks form. Add mascarpone cheese and fold gently until well combined.
03 - Pour half of the cream mixture into the springform pan over the crumb crust. Spread half of the melted dark chocolate over the cream mixture.
04 - Arrange the remaining marie biscuits to form the second cookie layer.
05 - Pour the rest of the cream mixture over the biscuits and spread the remaining melted chocolate evenly.
06 - Dust the top layer with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
07 - Slice and serve. Enjoy!
