# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven temperature to 350°F (177°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, beat together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until pale and fluffy.
03 - Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture; mix until fully combined.
04 - Gradually stir in the all-purpose flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
05 - Lightly flour a work surface and roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Use a heart-shaped cutter to form cookies.
06 - Arrange cookies on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.
