Creamy Chicken Alfredo Pizza (Print Version)

01 - Pizza dough
02 - Pizza sauce
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
05 - 3 tablespoons flour
06 - 1 cup heavy cream
07 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
08 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

09 - Chicken breast filet, cooked and cut into small pieces
10 - Mozzarella cheese

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Add the flour and cook, stirring, until a lumpy mixture forms.
02 - Gradually pour in the heavy cream. Add the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
03 - Place the pizza dough on a baking mat. Roll it out with a rolling pin to the desired thickness.
04 - Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza pan and prick the surface with a fork to prevent bubbles.
05 - Spread the prepared Alfredo sauce evenly over the pizza dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and the cooked chicken pieces on top.
06 - Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for approximately 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and slightly golden.
07 - Remove the pizza from the oven and allow it to cool slightly. Slice and serve warm.
