# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese with heavy cream.
02 - Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the mixture on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
03 - Add amaretto liqueur, cherry juice, and vanilla extract to the mascarpone mixture. Continue beating until fully combined.
04 - In a separate small bowl, mix granulated sugar with cherry preserves until fully blended.
05 - Fold the cherry purée into the mascarpone mixture and beat for an additional minute to ensure even distribution.
06 - Arrange a layer of ladyfingers in the base of a serving dish. Lightly brush with extra cherry juice if desired for moisture.
07 - Spread half of the mascarpone mixture evenly over the ladyfingers. Scatter half of the chopped cherries on top.
08 - Add another layer of ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture and cherries.
09 - Dust the surface with cocoa powder and sprinkle with shaved dark chocolate. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
