Cheesy Rotel Ranch Queso (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
02 - 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
03 - 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
04 - 1 cup milk
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - Tortilla chips for serving

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium saucepan, combine the cubed Velveeta cheese, undrained Rotel tomatoes, ranch dressing mix, and milk.
02 - Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir continuously until the cheese starts to melt and the mixture is well combined, about 5-7 minutes.
03 - Once melted and smooth, add the shredded cheddar cheese, chili powder, and garlic powder. Stir well until the cheddar is fully melted and incorporated, approximately 5 more minutes.
04 - Once the queso is hot and creamy, remove it from heat and transfer it to a serving bowl.
05 - Serve immediately with tortilla chips for dipping.

01 - For a spicier kick, consider using hot Rotel tomatoes.
02 - You can also add cooked sausage or ground beef for additional flavor and protein.
