01 -
Set oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 -
Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough onto the parchment-lined baking sheet or a lightly floured work surface. Cut the dough into 6 equal squares using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
03 -
On half of each dough square, spoon 1 tablespoon of pasta sauce, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, and top with 2 slices of pepperoni.
04 -
Fold each dough square diagonally to form a triangle. Press edges together firmly with a fork to seal the filling inside.
05 -
Brush the tops with olive oil for extra crispness. Optionally, sprinkle with dried oregano and a little additional mozzarella cheese.
06 -
Transfer the prepared pockets to the oven and bake for 10 to 13 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling inside.
07 -
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. Offer your preferred dipping sauces such as marinara, garlic butter, buffalo sauce, or ranch dressing.
