Cheesy Pizza Pockets Crave (Recipe for Printing)

Irresistible cheesy pockets baked with marinara and mozzarella, ideal for game nights, parties, or easy family meals.

# What You Need:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can refrigerated pizza crust

→ Filling

02 - 6 tablespoons pasta sauce or marinara sauce
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 12 slices pepperoni

→ Finishing

05 - Olive oil, for brushing (optional)
06 - Dried oregano, for sprinkling (optional)
07 - Additional shredded mozzarella cheese, for topping (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough onto the parchment-lined baking sheet or a lightly floured work surface. Cut the dough into 6 equal squares using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
03 - On half of each dough square, spoon 1 tablespoon of pasta sauce, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, and top with 2 slices of pepperoni.
04 - Fold each dough square diagonally to form a triangle. Press edges together firmly with a fork to seal the filling inside.
05 - Brush the tops with olive oil for extra crispness. Optionally, sprinkle with dried oregano and a little additional mozzarella cheese.
06 - Transfer the prepared pockets to the oven and bake for 10 to 13 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling inside.
07 - Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. Offer your preferred dipping sauces such as marinara, garlic butter, buffalo sauce, or ranch dressing.

# Extra Tips:

01 - These pizza pockets can be customized with different sauces or fillings based on personal preference. For a vegetarian version, omit the pepperoni and add cooked vegetables. Allow pockets to rest for a couple of minutes after baking to avoid burns from hot cheese.
