# What You Need:

→ Strawberries

01 - 18 to 24 large, ripe strawberries

→ Cheesecake Filling

02 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/3 cup sour cream
05 - 2/3 cup granulated white sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, optional

→ Toppings and Garnish

08 - 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
09 - 1 package Golden Oreo cookies, crushed
10 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
11 - 1 packet (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin mix
12 - 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

# How to Make It:

01 - Rinse strawberries under cold water and dry thoroughly. Remove stems to create a flat base so each strawberry half stands upright.
02 - Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise. Using a melon baller, gently scoop a shallow indentation into the center of each half.
03 - In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, approximately 5 minutes.
04 - In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
05 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until the filling is smooth and airy.
06 - In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, crushed Golden Oreo cookies, melted butter, strawberry gelatin powder, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries. Mix until evenly incorporated.
07 - Spoon or pipe cheesecake filling into the hollowed cavity of each strawberry half, forming a generous mound.
08 - Sprinkle prepared crumble topping over each filled strawberry. Arrange on a platter and refrigerate until ready to serve.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to achieve a smooth, lump-free filling.
02 - For best results, use a piping bag for neat and even presentation.
03 - Choose strawberries that are large, firm, and bright red for optimal stability and flavor.
04 - Fold whipped cream gently to maintain volume and create a fluffy texture.
05 - Experiment with chocolate-dipped bases, fresh herbs, or mild spices for added complexity.
