Cheese and Egg Roll-Ups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 large eggs
02 - 1/4 cup milk
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
06 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
07 - 4 small flour tortillas
08 - Optional: fresh herbs (chives, parsley), cooked bacon or ham

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Heat butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and cook gently, stirring until softly scrambled.
02 - Lay a tortilla flat. Sprinkle some cheese in the center, then add a spoonful of scrambled eggs. Add extra toppings if desired.
03 - Roll up the tortilla tightly. Place seam-side down in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and the cheese melts.
04 - Cut in half and serve warm. Great for breakfast on the go.
