# What You Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 cups mini pretzels
02 - 1 cup unsalted butter
03 - 1 cup granulated sugar
04 - 2 tablespoons water
05 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with non-stick spray. Place a cooling rack on the baking sheet and spray with non-stick spray.
02 - Melt butter, sugar, and water together in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly as the mixture comes to a boil. Continue cooking, stirring, until the mixture reaches 305°F on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat and blend in vanilla extract.
03 - Add mini pretzels to the caramel mixture and stir gently to ensure all pretzels are evenly coated.
04 - Arrange coated pretzels on the prepared rack. Bake for 20–30 minutes to allow the caramel to set and pretzels to dry.
05 - Remove from oven and allow pretzels to cool completely on the rack before serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Monitor the caramel closely while heating to prevent burning; using a candy thermometer ensures optimal texture and flavor.
