Add cut green beans and ground black pepper to the bowl. Stir thoroughly to coat the beans evenly with the creamy mixture.

Fold in 2/3 cup of crispy french fried onions, reserving the rest for topping.

Spoon the mixture evenly into a 1.5-quart casserole dish.

Place dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbling.

Remove casserole from oven. Sprinkle remaining crispy fried onions over the top and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until onions are golden and crisp. Serve hot.
