# How to Make It:

01 - Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels to ensure even cooking and optimal searing results.
02 - In a small bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to form a paste.
03 - Rub the seasoning paste thoroughly on both sides of the salmon fillets for full flavor coverage.
04 - For enhanced flavor, refrigerate the seasoned salmon for at least 15 minutes or up to 30 minutes.
05 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Once hot, place salmon in the skillet, skin-side down if applicable. Sear for 4 to 5 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden.
06 - Flip salmon fillets and continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Ensure internal temperature reaches 145°F.
07 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange seasoned salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until fully cooked.
08 - Preheat grill to medium-high and oil grates. Grill salmon fillets for 4 to 5 minutes per side, cooking until just done.
09 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place salmon in basket and air-fry for 8 to 10 minutes, until opaque and flaking easily.
10 - Halve avocados, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a blender or food processor. Add sour cream or Greek yogurt, lime juice, cilantro, minced garlic, salt, and cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to reach desired consistency.
11 - Arrange cooked salmon in tortillas and top generously with avocado lime crema. Garnish with additional cilantro if desired.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For extra zest, add finely grated lime zest to the avocado crema before blending.
