# What You Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
02 - 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced into wedges
03 - 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
04 - 1 large egg, beaten
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
02 - Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Slice into 8 to 10 equal triangles. Arrange the triangles on the prepared baking sheet in a circular shape, ensuring the pointed ends face outward to form a wreath design.
03 - Distribute brie cheese wedges evenly along the inner ring of the pastry circle. Top the brie with spoonfuls of whole berry cranberry sauce.
04 - Gently fold the pointed ends of the pastry triangles over the filling toward the center of the circle, slightly overlapping each piece. Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with chopped fresh rosemary.
05 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove from oven and allow to cool briefly before serving warm.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For optimal texture, use chilled puff pastry and serve the assembled wreath immediately after baking. Substitute dried rosemary if fresh is unavailable.
