# What You Need:

→ Batter

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
05 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
06 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar
07 - 2 large eggs
08 - 3 ripe bananas, mashed
09 - 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
10 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
11 - 1 cup fresh blueberries

→ Cinnamon Swirl

12 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
13 - 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
03 - In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon for the swirl.
04 - In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
05 - Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
06 - Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
07 - Gently fold in the fresh blueberries to evenly distribute throughout the batter.
08 - Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter. Add the remaining batter on top, then finish with the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
09 - Use a butter knife to gently swirl the cinnamon sugar into the batter. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
10 - Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For optimal texture, use fully ripe bananas. Do not overmix after adding the flour to retain a tender crumb.
