Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Remove Brie from packaging and place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Scatter chopped pecans evenly over the surface of the Brie. Drizzle honey over the nuts and cheese. Sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves if desired.

Transfer to oven and bake for 30 to 45 minutes, until Brie is soft and the toppings are golden and bubbling.

Carefully transfer baked Brie to a serving platter. Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
