→ For Frying

06 - Cooking spray or melted butter, as needed

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Beat until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
02 - Gently fold cherry pie filling or chopped fresh cherries into the cream cheese mixture until evenly distributed.
03 - Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner facing you. Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of filling in the center of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal edge with a dab of water. Repeat for all wrappers.
04 - Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Arrange prepared egg rolls in a single layer in the basket, ensuring they do not touch.
05 - Lightly spray or brush the egg rolls with cooking spray or melted butter on all sides.
06 - Air fry egg rolls for 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crisp. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to achieve a lump-free filling and crisp egg rolls by not overcrowding the fryer basket.
