# What You Need:

→ Dough

01 - 1 1/4 cups warm water
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons active dry yeast
04 - 1/3 cup vegetable oil
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 large egg
07 - 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

# How to Make It:

01 - Line a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease with oil.
02 - In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Allow yeast to bloom for 2 to 5 minutes until foamy.
03 - Add vegetable oil, salt, egg, and all-purpose flour (1 cup at a time) to the yeast mixture. Mix on medium speed until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough with the mixer for approximately 4 minutes, ensuring the texture remains soft. Avoid incorporating excess flour to prevent dense rolls.
04 - Lightly coat your hands with baking spray. Divide dough into 15 evenly sized balls.
05 - Place the shaped dough balls into the prepared baking pan and cover with a clean dish towel.
06 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Set the pan on top of the oven and allow the dough to rise while preheating occurs.
07 - Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For extra softness, avoid adding more flour than necessary. Shape rolls with lightly oiled hands.
